O.k. Will all the editions be available in Beta? Home;Home Premium;Ultimate etc.?

Vista Beta-Version availability
That has not been determined, you just have to wait until BETA 2 is released. The last time SKU's of Windows Vista was released was with the February CTP (5308) which was a milestone build. (Speculating), its possible they could do it with BETA 2, since it is a milestone build, but at the same time, to reduce distribution complexity, they could just make the Ultimate Edition available alone for all to try out see the entire picture really of whats going to be in all the Editions of Vista. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

I do believe there will be broader markets - I believe Microsoft Partners will get Business/Enterprise whilst others get *either* Ultimate, or the other SKU's. As Andre said, we'll have to wait and see, but I'm sure that MS Partners get other specific SKU's.

With Windows XP, the only SKU I remember testing from CPP is Professional which was at the top of the pyramid. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

For Build 5308 CTP, Microsoft Only Released Windows Vista Ultimate Edition to MSDN Subscriber's and Microsoft Technet Plus Scriber's, however the Official Microsoft Beta Tester's got to play around with other SKU's, just FYI.
